Employee Owned
After one full year as either a part time or full time employee, you’ll earn equity in the form of company stock that is yours to keep regardless of your tenure with the company. When you leave the business, you take this equity with you the same as you would your 401K account. You don’t pay for the stock, and nobody can take it from you.
Flexible Schedule & Remote Work
You won’t need a car to work here, just a quiet, private space in your home. You can influence your schedule since we’re a 24 hour, 365 day operation. All agents work some weekend and/or evening hours.
